He showed me how to re-initialize the system which sometimes fixes some problems. He checked everything and confirmed that the system was working properly before he left.

Well, came home from vacation to a HOT house!! Howard Air had the earliest appt available, so we took it! First time using them. Excellent service by Walter. He arrived early, and got right to work. Replaced a part & we had the house cooled off by the afternoon... did I mention it was a holiday weekend & 2 other companies were booked for days. I highly recommend them for a/c needs!!

Our ac broke down in mid summer and our house was at 95 degrees and Garrett showed up within the hour! He was quick to fix the problem and get our ac up and running again, he was awesome!
