This company is one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with!

They would not sign the proper paperwork for the mortgage company so they repairs to my house could start. Even after repeated calls and email from me. They finally signed the right paperwork after I threatened to go to the insurance company and insurance adjustor. By them not signing the proper paperwork it caused a month and a half delay in getting my house fixed. To finally get everything done I have to get their billing company involved because Water Fighters, namely Brandon and Ceasar, could not figure the paperwork.

Now we have to keep calling to get any work done on the house. The house should have been repaired already. But there inability to plan and supervise their employees properly the house is still finished being repaired. In order to get them finish we have to keep calling and calling.

This company talks about how great they are and what a good job they will do. If I was a customer looking to get get my house repaired I would think long and hard about hiring this company to do it.

Their partner company Cardinal Clean is in the same boat as they are, not professional and not a good company.

At the end of the day if I would not have picked this company if I knew then what I know now. You can bet that I would never pick them again should the need arise to get my house repaired again.

So to add more to this they finally finished the job, three months late I might add!

The ,manager, Cesar, is a foul mouthed person and very unprofessional. I would never use this company if they were the only company left that could do the job.

Beware if you hire them, they are really nice so they can get your business and then they are not slow at doing everything and you spend days chasing them to do the job that you hired them to do.

Jenkins Restoration was extremely helpful with my water damage claim. Jose and Mike are most considerate of their work and professionalism. Everette was manager and he did a great job at listening and courtesy in regards to your needs inspecting all the work performed. I would definitely recommend Jenkins to all my friends and family.

Go To Services were FANTASTIC to work with! They were extremely professional, responsive, and most importantly DID THE JOB RIGHT. We hired them to fix a tenant improvement that our landlord's contractor performed that was not to code. Go To Services fixed the issues and did amazing work. LOOK NO FURTHER... ZONA RESTORATION IS THE BEST!!! Coming home to a house filled with water causing damage to all of my belongings was just about the most stressful situation I could have gone through. Luckily, a friend recommended me to Zona Restoration, who came out right away, to start extracting water and removing all of the damaged materials. On top of all this, I also had mold damage in multiple areas that they helped remove and had a post clearance mold test performed so I knew my home was safe. All of their workers were friendly, knowledgeable, and on time and I will absolutely be recommending Zona Restoration to any friends or family that ever experience a disaster like I did.

The company provided excellent service. They rebuilt my bathroom after mold remediation. Converted my tub into a shower. The tile guys took extra time to match the tiles so that it looked like the veining matched. They even worked on a Saturday when they weren't scheduled. They were at all times polite, hardworking, knew what they were about. Also very neat.
Cleaned up after themselves every day. Our bathroom is very small but still two people were working in it.
We highly recommend them.

The preferred insurance vendor wasn’t a match, so I sought out dozens of contractors, interviewing each one, digging in deeper as I had an entire home water loss and extensive work to be completed.

Jodi was the first voice of Bethom and was excellent. Their project manager/superintendent CJ Castro was on site within hours, professional, detailed, and assured me his estimate would be inclusive of all damages. I requested referrals to review Bethom’s prior work, and Jodi eagerly provided. I called EVERY SINGLE referral, sometimes multiple times to make a determination, asking several questions. All referrals had valuable input and realistically provided areas of opportunity for Bethom. Each referral spoke highly of Bethom and if they had to do it again, stated they would hire Bethom again, and many have used Bethom for additional projects.

My home is 65-70% complete and I’m ecstatic to see the final touches. For now, hands down I’d recommend Bethom for residential and commercial. Their project manager works hard and goes to bat for his clientele. CJ is knowledgeable, responsive, transparent, and involved in the process. He keeps you in the loop as often as you prefer. Any delays were outside Bethom’s control.
