Howard Air and technician, David Smith, exceeded my expectations of professionalism. Everyone from the scheduling department to the service technician gave me ample time to explain my issue, and clearly explained their process The technician came on time, and performed a thorough inspection, gave a written report, took the time to explain everything to me and was neat and tidy. It sounds too good to be true but I was there! It’s true! I recommend Howard Air, 100%.

I worked with Nino and Korey. Both were very professional. My A/C went out. I requested service on Monday. They were onsite Tuesday morning at 10am and the unit was back up and running by 11am. They replaced a bad motor. Price was very reasonable.

Called for over 2 hrs straight never got anyone to pick up the phone... so they deserve a 0 star to be honest. And it was Friday from 1pm to 3pm so it wasn't like I called Friday at 5pm..

Darell came out to inspect a water leak on a house I was purchasing. He was straightforward, honest, and forthcoming which I appreciated. Because of his work, I scheduled them to repair items on the house after purchase. Scott came out to do the plumbing repairs and was sooo nice, sooo knowledgeable, sooo careful, and did such a good job. I will use them in the future on other projects/repairs. The company website lists multiple states that they do business in, but when I called the only 2 numbers on the website, I was rudely informed that they do no do business outside of Arizona.
