Working with Tanner Kneipp was one of the best experiences I've had working with an AC company. As a real estate agent I've worked with quite a few and no one has topped to Tanner and his team at Reeis. They were efficient with the work they did and priced perfectly. I will be referring them to any clients I encounter as well as friends and family.

I am writing this on behalf of my family who had a evaporative cooler placed in their home. The cooler has NEVER worked. We have had you guys come out 10 times but yet it has NEVER fixed the problem. We have called numerous times and have NEVER gotten a return phone call. We are so dissapointed in the service we have received, especially considering we purchased our air conditioner from your company a few years previous. We finally called someone else and paid to have a higher caliber pump placed in the unit. The customer service we have received is absolutely unacceptable. We will be telling everyone we know to never use your company.

I've used many A/C contractors over the years. Jose is by far the best. His attention to detail is exceptional. He sends me images of the work in progress and finishes on time! I highly recommend him!
