Elijah and Frisco, 2 techs from apes, installed new air/furnace. Very professional, extremely hard working, great communication throughout their progress, kept extremely clean and safe work environment, very friendly, and their work area was spotless once completed. The best vendor experience I've ever had.

Last year I hired Amigo to do all the new plumbing plus the new line to the sewer on a 1940's building that had been vacant for years. They did what they said they would do and even came back out to do video inside of the pipes to make sure we were all clear.
This year they came back out for the backflow preventer inspection and were right on time.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
