He walked straight in, said what he thought it was, and fixed it all in one day. Professional, trustworthy, excellent service, and we are grateful to live in peace again. Mark was a little late. I only mention that because he called to let us know. That was very much appreciated and showed professionalism. He asked questions, examined our AC units and diagnosed the problem in just a few minutes. Then made the repair in no time and explained what he did. Even though this was covered under our home warranty, the price was reasonable. Thanks to our experience with Mark, I highly recommend this company.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
