Jimmy was very prompt, professional, conscientious, and caring. He came out in the morning and gave my family the estimate. I was at work and needed some time to review the estimate and make a decision. Once I agreed, he came all the way back in pouring rain to do a temporary fix so we could have AC running until our new unit is installed in a few days. Had a new AC and thermostat installed three months ago by Hobaica. The thermostat stopped working, however, I received a notice from the thermostat manufacturer that the cause was a failed firmware update. The manufacturer was unable to assist, or explain the problem, and told us to call Hobaica for warranty replacement.

I called Hobaica and Grayson came within hours. Turns out, no need for replacement - just a “reset” at the AC unit! He even stayed to ensure it was working properly and cycled through. My house is now comfortably cool. Thanks for the great customer service Grayson! And standing behind your warranty Hobaica!

FANTASTIC experience today from Anthony Ramirez with replacement of our water heater. We knew it was coming and this morning was the last “start out warm then 5 min to cold” shower we could take. Called Parker & Sons based on a recommendation of a trusted neighbor. Scheduled for that day, new water heater! Anthony was professional and super friendly (even met our sweet dog Lucky)! We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.
