These guys were A+. Had my AC die Friday night and called them Sat morning, they came that afternoon. I live in AZ so it was an emergency. I ended up getting a new unit entirely as mine was very old. Prior to this I had a few AC repair people come and neither of them found the issues this guy did. My technician was way WAY better than my previous repair techs. If your AC goes bad these guys are legit. I dont have a reference point to compare price, but if you want the job done right, call this company. And I know how hard it is to trust reviews, but I'm just being honest.

When I called Scott's for a last minute request they were very helpful and professional, however for my last min request they were not available on that day (understandably though - everyone is super busy!). Thankfully they connected me with another drain professional who immediately called and was able to go to my house and assess the situation for me. I'm just so thankful for a business who is willing to look beyond their own business or financial gain and really just care about the client being taken care of, even if it wasn't them who would get the business. I was a first time home owner with a massive re-modeling project, including significant electrical work. T&K Electric were definitely the best for the job; Tommy was very responsive, sent out professional electricians to handle the issues, and made the overall process very easy and efficient.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
