Dealing with Penguin air was like a roller coaster..James was professional, informative and had great service. Installation techs weren't as professional, left some debris and didn't seem like they knew what they were doing. Called again, new ac install air and it was still hot, that tech was informative and then had a fourth person come in to place a requested thermostat that wasn't initially installed. If I had received service from just James this would be a five star review because of service, his professionalism and covid dress code. However not everyone with the company had the same professionalism or dress code... no mask, no booties...

The company is run well and they do excellent work.I would like to take this opportunity to give praise to your plumber Matthew Byrd. Matthew just did our annual maintenance inspection and he also installed a new toilet. Matthew is the BEST! He takes pride in his work(which is impeccable), respects your home and the bottom line is that he is an excellent and well trained plumber.

Cooling Men,Technician arrived on time, were courteous and conscientious, and worked diligently to complete the install in one day even though they were at it til almost 7:00 pm. The install was very challenging due to space issues at the attic opening and in the attic, but they made it all work. Definitely would recommend Cooling Men to anyone needing HVAC services.

Amazing customer service. After I contacted them they showed up at 8 the next morning. Already knew I needed a new AC unit and they were able to get me in 3 days later. Day of install they showed up at 8 and job was done at 11:30. Their whole crew was very polite and left my house cleaner than when they showed up. Highly recommend to anyone who needs HVAC or plumbing.

Fantastic customer service from the beginning to the end (for now) from this company! Making an appointment was super easy and the technician was friendly, quick, very helpful with information, polite and completely professional. I will not hesitate to call this company again when I need a plumber.
