I called Hobaica Services and in a few days Scott Dale, the initial tech, and Jared, the comfort consultant, got us set up for a new unit. The company loaned us a portable cooling unit, and it kept one room livable until the new unit arrived. Gio and Tristan, the installation crew, had the unit up and running with no problem. The house was back in the 70s before we knew it.
