I had a leak create a puddle above garage ceiling. Penguin showed up within a couple of hours and quickly found the problem. The backflush hose from my water softener burst during the regen cycle. A second technician showed up. They discussed the problem. They called the office to get an estimate for repair. About 1/2 hour later they gave me a $880.00 estimate. I declined. They were polite and courteous. I did the repair myself. $18.50 for the hose. Twenty mins to run the hose twenty five feet across the attic. My advice - be careful. They apparently charge over $2000 per hour for labor.

A very professional serviceman replaced filters and checked all of our water filtration, reverse osmosis and softener systems. He was very knowledgeable and taught us about the operation of our systems. I highly recommend them.

We had T&K out to install a 240V outlet in our garage for an electric car charger. The job ended up being a bigger pain than originally expected due to the location of the panel, but they still got it done in a day and the work was really well done.
