I was in a real pickle with my R/O System, and when other plumbing companies came up with reasons why they couldn't help, George Brazil asked how CAN we help? They were great thoughout my whole experience. The dispatcher Christine was sympathetic and understanding, and the technician DJ was knowledgable helpful and didn't leave until everything was just right. Wow, we initially did a diagnostic with another (very advertised) company and found out we had to get our entire system replaced. The company that wont be named quoted us a base price that was significantly higher than what we ended up paying with Penguin Air. So glad we called Penguin air for a second opinion. Jeff our comfort consult was responsive explained the pros and cons of our options, and not pushy at all. They even provided us with a portable AC since we weren't scheduled til 3 days later after our AC went out. The techs that came to our house were also very professional and worked diligently through the day to get the job done! Will be a returning customer for all our HVAC needs. Thank you!
