So far the best ac company I've worked with in all my years in property management! Patient. Richard went above and beyond. Also, company updates you consistently on arrival, who the tech will be etc.

They were on time and worked very quickly to get my old A/C unit off of the house and the new one installed. They were also very friendly and professional!

I requested a last minute service call when the AC was leaking through the ceiling and was so fortunate to have Stuart as our technician. He was prompt, efficient and very professional and he was able to resolve our issue quickly and get our AC running smoothly again.I would definitely recommend them!

The only thing that concerned me a little was the fact that 2 screws were left out of panel on outside unit. Air conditioning is working great, but panel should have been replaced properly!

After having a wonderful experience the first time around, I called and spoke with Tawni about another plumbing service. She provided wonderful customer service and wanted to ensure all of my questions were answered. Today we had Second Opinion Plumbing replace our standard water heater with a tankless water heater. Kyle called before arriving, walked me through the process and completed the install thoroughly. They did a great job with our new system and vacuumed/swept up the debris from the install.

I called them 10 times. No one respond to my call. And thier voicemail box is also full. I don't know how they are running thier business.
