I've been with Howard Air for years - including a new install - and couldn't recommend them more highly. When you have an outage, you get a bunch of recommendations I use (so and so) and my response each time was No, I've got Howard Air, nobody touches them.
Reasonable prices, for sure, but their service and professionalism are unrivaled at every touchpoint in the process.
In perhaps 10 years I've never had a bad interaction and every tech has been as good or better than the last. (Shout out to Art for yesterday)

The Green ID team did a good job for me. I chose them as a listed contractor used by APS for Home Energy Assessments. I purchased my home a year ago and did not know much about the history of the house. I hoped the audit would point out areas where I could make improvements.

The overall audit did not come up with a huge annual savings for me, but the work done did greatly improve the comfort of the house. Besides additional insulation and sealing the duct work, they installed a radiant barrier along the roof slope and along the walls. Green ID also balanced the airflow in my home making the rooms that were warmer much more comfortable.

The Green ID crew were very polite and I hardly knew they were there. They cleaned up their mess each day (a two day job) and did a good job of sweeping up debris from their work. The crew was very good in trying to not inconvenience me.

My only complaint' is I was told by the salesperson that the crew would be there at 6:30 a.m. to get an early start on the job before it gets too hot. The person who called to remind me of the appointment gave me a different time. I told her what I was told originally. Bottom line is I got up hours earlier in order to be ready for them when they did show up, which turned out to be 9:00 a.m.

Update:
Second time using Nathan and he was able to diagnose the cooling issue we had quickly and setup a plan to fix it by shortening runs and offering to check the status before marking the job complete. I know it’s been harder times Nathan, but thanks for you help once again!

Nathan of Desert State Heating and Air was great. We had an issue where the heater wasn’t working (it actually gets cold in AZ sometimes) and Nathan was first willing to troubleshoot with me before coming out to the house for service. Turned out to be my newer thermostats (which had issues during the hot seasons as well) and he was able to check on my units as well as help to reprogram the thermostats to be operational in both weather conditions. He was responsive, kind, and human. Thanks DSHA!

T&K electric is the best in the Valley hands down! I have worked with many electricians in the past, and no one comes close to the quality of work, knowledge or the level of service they provide. Tommy is one of the hardest working individuals I have ever met. He does exactly what he says he is going to do, and is always honest and straight forward. I greatly appreciate all the work that Andrews Electric did. We were selling our home and needed a brand new electric panel, GFCI outlets and had a faulty outlet out back.
