Austin was very professional and extremely knowledgeable. He called in advance of arriving and showed up exactly when he said he would at the scheduled appointment time. Within minutes he assessed the situation and knew exactly what needed to be done. His installation and repair was completed so well that the plumbing looks better now than it did when the house was built! Even though it was a rather difficult job, Austin remained pleasant and worked through every challenge with a smile, genuinely glad to help. He ensured everything worked as it should and took time to show us how we can keep everything in good working order and avoid future issues. When he was done, there was no mess and no indication there was ever a problem. Austin turned a problematic plumbing situation into a pleasant experience for us and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Thank you Austin and Parker & Sons!!

Paid them close to $900 to fix one of my units, to rebuild the motor and it worked fine for about 9 months, we started having the same problem. They only warrantee their work for 90 days, but they will sell you one year warranty if you want.. what does that tell you? Very disappointed

Don’t trust these guys. I had a plumbing leak a while back and they came to repair it. They ended up tearing apart two rooms in my house. Then recommended a restoration company that is owned by the same people to repair the damage. They charged my insurance an obscene amount, and while dealing with my insurance for payment they tried to strong arm me by filing a lien against my house. They waited to inform me of all of this while I was on vacation . When trying to resolve any issues with my insurance they were rude and unhelpful. I have never had such a poor experience dealing with a service provider. Additionally, I now realize that most of the damage they caused was likely unnecessary. I wish I had known about their devious business practices. They did fix the leak … so two stars for that… but beware.
