The technician who came and analyzed the problem told me that they had to order parts and could return the next day to do the repair.They didn’t call me the next day to tell me that there was a problem getting the parts, I had to call them. When they didn’t receive the parts when expected, I had to call them to learn what was happening. Once they got the parts they finally called me and scheduled the repair. No problems after that.I just think that they should have contacted me when they knew that there would be delays.
