I can't say enough about the company, the staff, or the customer service. My home and barn were hit by a microburst and suffered unbelievable damage. The repairs, the rebuilt barn and the extra touches are so much more than I expected. My neighbors are impressed with the quality of work and I am in love with my little ranch. The work hasn’t even been started yet after over 3 months going back and forth and starting from the top on every contact. Cannot provide us an accurate or complete quote of the work supposed to be starting in a weeks time. Will not work with us to include work we need or want done with the restoration. Having been living with black mold growing daily for 4 months already and at this point just going to accept it and find another company.

Acuity Builders did a fantastic job. They were able to fit within the expenses covered by my insurance and finish the work sooner than anticipated. They removed the old floors and baseboards, painted the house inside and out, put new floors in and had someone come and clean the entire house. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to get any work done on their home!

By far, best job I've had overall. Dan Keen is an selfless, honest and reliable boss who has literally taken shirt(coat) off his own back for me and has done many other acts of random kindness. He looks out for allhis employees as they were family. His work is unmatchable on all levels at a reasonable cost.

We had a second home in Az. flood from an upstairs toilet. I gave them a code, they took care of everything, including assessing, fixing, big fans to dry out, mold prevention, patched and repaired ceiling. Couldn’t even tell we ever had problems. All for $5000. Great timely response, which was needed in this situation.

House burned down and trying to charge 3k for a single piece of plywood. Absolutely absurd!
