I was beyond impressed with promptness and efficiency of the repair work on our AC unit. Technician Binh Tran was very knowledgeable, patient and professional as he explained the issues that needed repair. He also gave options for ensuring value and longevity to our system. This was one of the best repair experiences I’ve had in a while! I will be using their services for all future AC needs.

I had to edit my review. The one good thing I can say is they got the work done quickly. They replaced a 200 amp main breaker. They charged $2500 to do the work. I asked for an itemized invoice, they never responded. The most expensive 200 amp main breaker I could find on the net was $500. so I guess I paid a little under $2000. for labor for a few hours work. The person that came to my house was very unprofessional, because I had to move some money from one account to another, and it took me ten minutes or so. Meanwhile he tells the person living in the house, my tenant that if I can't pay, he's going to have to take the part out. I waited for him to call back for 5 minutes like I told him to. When he didn't, I called the office and paid them. He called back a few minutes later, when I said I had paid the office. He acted like he didn't believe me and said if I hadn't he was going to have to take the part out. The main slogan in one of there and campaigns is they don't hire any Melvin's. This person was very much a Melvin to me. Don't hire them, you'll get Melvinized.

Wonderful service and fair price. I called Scott's AZ Services after a plumber botched a job in my new home leaving me with leakes everywhere. Scott's Services did a marvelous job not only cleaning up the botched job but actually fixing my plumbing issues. They replaced all faucets and lines leading up to the faucets, replaced garbage disposal, and uncloged a toilet.

Tommy was very helpful in solving the challenge of finding a cost effective way to install a 50 AMP service for a new EV charging station. On time and cost effective. He did a great job leaving the job site cleaned up like he never had been there. We will use him again for any electrical work

Great customer service and great price!

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.
