Binh, the very helpful Hobaica Tech, arrived at our house on time, well informed and quickly resolved our AC and electrical issues. He walked us through the problems, the fixes and gave us helpful tips to maintain these systems. Binh was extremely helpful and we’ll definitely be using Hobaica going forward because of Binh.

Our heater stopped working and pur warranty company was unable to find us help. We took it into our own hands and called Parker and Sons, what a relief that they were able to make it out the same day and solve our issue promptly. Huge thanks to Joshua our technician. We even went ahead and got the service plan offered because the service was so good.

Tech Paul came to my house. They showed up same day, even a few hours early which was super nice before the hot part of the day started. I would definitely recommend SWM, much more personable and affordable than Chas Roberts.

I would highly recommend T & K Electric for your electrical needs! They did an incredible job for me. I was so pleased that they quickly resolved my four separate electrical items. The electrician was extremely knowledgeable and a straight shooter without any runaround!

Our experience with Pro-Tec refrigeration was terrible. We hired them to fix a commercial freezer, that was operating, but wouldn't reach sub-zero temps. After their tech worked on it, the unit would no longer reach temps below the high 30's rendering it completely unusable. I contacted the office the next day (Sat.) and was promised that a technician would be at our place of business first thing Tuesday morning. No one showed up and we have been unable to get a return call. However, Pro Tec did charge our credit card over $1200. We were never given an invoice, any supporting docs or shown any old parts. I called another company and their tech was out the following day and completed the original repair, but also repaired the damage apparently caused by the Pro Tec (which is why it would no longer reach freezing temps after his 'repair'). I understand that people make mistakes, but Pro-Tec's complete lack of customer support and follow through, after the sale, is completely inexcusable in my book.

This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.

Can’t say enough great things about their quick response and willingness to come out diagnose, and fix my broken A/C after the first 100 degree day in Phoenix.
