Our initial contact was with Melissa, who took all the information and was incredibly thorough and detail oriented. She was incredibly helpful and is clearly a people-person! Scott D. was our service rep; he called 20 minutes before he arrived and arrived well within the service window. He did fantastic work and was cheerful to boot, even though he was replacing a water heater in a 108- degree outdoor structure. He made sure I knew how to set the pilot and he cleaned everything up before he left. Fantastic, prompt, and courteous service. Five stars and won't call anyone else in the future!

Very pleased with professionalism of Kris and the great job repairing water line leak. This was a difficult job physically with all the trenching with a shovel. However, Kris completed it and we now have water after two days. I will use Parker & Sons again.

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.
