I bad service ever . I call them ask for fix my refrigerator at my restaurant . The guy just come and take a look did’t do anything . Then charge me almost $300 . A few days later i have same problem. My refrigerator didn’t work . I try to called and contact many time nobody call me back . My food got Damaged . I have to throw my food away.

Tech came out to service my unit, told me that the unit was completely out of Freon and he didn’t understand how it wasn’t iced over. My unit has been functioning ok for the most part, so I was alarmed thinking it was on the brink of failure.I was quoted about $1k for Freon and then advised the rest of the repairs could be close to $3k, so might as well buy a new unit… definitely felt pressured to buy a new unit. Received a quote (with a substantial discount ?) for a new unit. Told the guy I was going to try to run it through my home warranty company, which he tried to convince me was a scam and they wouldn’t cover.Good thing I followed my instincts… took me 2 more contractors to get the right diagnosis of a new air handler. Which was also covered by the home warranty company and now my a/c works better than it has since I moved in.I had issues with 1 room not cooling as well and now it’s resolved.Take your business to Suttle Air instead.
