He cleaned out a clogged pipe from my drip pan under my air handlers. He showed me the mud and sludge the warranty guy failed to clean. He also told me that unfortunately the fix would last awhile but that my units were old. They were. Most of my neighbors recently had to replace theirs. I made the decision to replace both of my ac units and Russ was helpful and very knowledgeable about the products that were available to me. I did my price comparisons and Scottsdale Air was fairly priced. Russ wasn't pushy - rather very patient and answered all my questions (I had a lot as this was a big purchase). The install was about a week later and went seamlessly. Russ followed up to make sure I was pleased with the service. I had questions about my new thermostats about a week later and again, Russ was helpful and patient.
