Our technician Zeb was on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to walk through everything he was doing - took pictures and videos of parts that needed service. He also explained Penguin Air and Plumbing’s maintenance plans which we signed up for. We would recommend him and the company and are glad we chose them to keep our home working efficiently.

First, let me say that I got 5 estimates from well known companies in AZ for a new AC unit. The sales person Ken was great. There was no pressure, he just presented 3 different options and new the product well. He also carried a binder with pictures and was able to explain differences in systems. I went with George Brazil because they had the best warranty. It covers most things for 10 years and labor. The other companies only offered 2-4 yrs on the labor. Day before my install I get a call saying my unit wasn’t available but they made it right and swapped it out for a different brand. It is so quiet, I love it.Install went great! Vinny and Cody were very professional, took time to answer my questions and left my place cleaner than it was before. There were two others that helped and they were equally as professional. They even sent a company to touch up the stucco and paint around the electrical box. Great company to work with!

I recently had a problem with my air handler and called Guadalupe AC Repair for assistance. Their team was able to diagnose and repair the issue quickly and efficiently, and they even took the time to explain how to properly maintain my air handler to prevent future problems. I was very satisfied with the service they provided and would definitely use them again in the future.

I have absolutely no idea how this company is still in business. A work order was submitted to have a technician come out to my unit between 2-4 pm. At 4:30 I called because he didn't show up and he had gone to the wrong address. For some reason they didn't consider it important to check what unit they were working on. Then, once they do show up they have no masks or gloves on and enter my apartment. Only to then say that nothing is wrong.

However, when it is 84 degrees and humid in my apartment and my AC is set to 77, it suggests that something is indeed wrong when you consider it is only 85 outside at night and in the early morning. So they send another technician who also says that he can't find anything wrong. He requests pictures of the thermostat showing the difference of temperature, which I provide. They then say it's an insulation issue. That is impossible though because I have lived in this unit through 2 summers already and have had no issues. My neighbors are also experiencing no issues with their temperatures.

Edit to respond to owner: You did not reach out to my management company when you saw the address did not match, I had to call you myself and tell you they didn't show up. Only then did you say someone would be on their way. I never received any phone call signifying a delay due your reps realizing they went to the wrong location. The fact that you would lie about this matter further highlights the issues that your company has.

You also never addressed the fact that you could not resolve my issue. Another company was brought out and the rep actually listened to me and was able to solve the problem! It was a connection issue like I had suggested multiple times which is why nothing looked wrong to your reps. Instead, your first rep chose to remove freon, and the second one said there was nothing that can be done.

Wow! What a great team of two young guys. Drew and Ed answered my phone on a labor day long weekend and were at our house in less than 30 minutes, figured the problem and repaired it. And when we asked them how much we owe them, I couldn’t believe how reasonable they were.

I am a full time realtor and have come across several HVAC companies, not one of them like Drew and Ed. They will be my GO TO for all of our HVAC needs. I will always highly recommend them to all my clients.
