Not any longer, the timely, quality service I got from Hobaica Services blows any home protection warrant service contracts totally out of the water. Great response, great people, great results. Great company to work with and reasonably priced to boot. My new to go company for all my HVAC and plumbing needs.

It was a pleasure to work with my techs Dylan and Justin. They both were very polite, clean cut, knowledgeable, considerate and very competent. (Two of the most knowledgeable personable techs I have ever dealt with.)

After talking with APS, I had Green ID come out and do a energy audit along with an in depth review and recap a week later. It was quite compelling to actually see in inefficiencies in my home.
I had them do a complete duct sealing which involves a lot more than I ever thought. They also added a supply and jump duct to one of the rooms that never cooled well. After completion, Green ID mgmt. came out to inspect all work performed. I'm convinced that my residence is much more energy efficient now along with obviously less dust in the home.
The entire staff was extremely thorough, polite, and clean. These people really know what their doing. I would highly recommend David and his entire team.

ALIN, the tech who worked on my warranty repair, was polite and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and how it would improve my system. He efficiently handled a full shift's parts-replacement project and showed me before-and-after photos in reviewing the project to ensure I was satisfied with the work. He's good.
