At first I was in a bit of shock at the cost of the repair, but then after seeing the amount of work that went into replacing pipe under an existing concrete slab. The house was built back in the late 70's or early 80' I beleive. They could not cut the concrete where the pipe goes and the amount of hand digging done was a lot. I appreciate the amount of effort and time involved. They did very professional and quality work. I am glad we won't need another job done like that again, because like I said the cost was not cheap.

From the first phone call and friendly voice on the line, things were great. Service was same day and within 2 hours of the call. They texted a photo of the tech coming out AND a bit of their ‘story’ before they ever arrive.

Technician showed up to clean the grease trap of our restaurant and pump 2min, then said His PUMP WAS BROKEN AND COULDNT PUMP ANY MORE,

YOU COMPANYBWAS PAID IN ADVANCE AND I STILL HAVE A GREASE TRAP ALL FULL AND HAVE TO PAY SOMEBODY ELSE TO CLEAN IT, WHAT KIND OF SERVICE WAS THAT.
