Great experience working with SDC Roofing, their efficient crew got the job done in 2 days, which is leaps and bounds better than the week + long jobs I saw neighbors roofs take in recent months. Sean was great in walking through the entire process from initial bid to final payment and warranty registration.

Augusto bid our roof. Price and warranty were both excellent. The roof was replaced and the mess cleaned up in a timely manner. Then it rained leaks everywhere. They repaired it. Then it rained again even more leaks and alot of interior damage. They fixed it again. Father was insisting that our parapet walls had cracks. The roof had no leaks prior to roof replacement by Centric. Then it rained again. They came out again. Again muttering about cracks. This time additional damage to our vaulted cedar ceilings. Augusto assured us that he would have someone out to repair them. Haven't been able to reach him by phone or text since. We hired someone to come repair the ceilings. We are going to assume that we don't actually have a warranty. We will be filing a complaint with the Registrar of Contractors.

I just had my roof replaced by Pro-Tec Contracting. And I have to tell ya... I’m sooo happy with the quality and speed of the installation. Love the color as well. Ron did our bathrooms and kitchen. In both cases he exhibited attention to detail, and cleaned up the messes left by other contractors. His work is precise, and he does his best to provide his customers with quality work. I highly recommend for any jobs you have that need doing.
