Their tech - Nathan is a rock star! We're new to the area didn't have any recommendations for HVAC. Needed some help with a thermostat, called Penguin and Nathan came out. Was here really late, explained everything, including costs. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They were first on the list I called. Highly recommend them!

Alex came and took care of business!! He was fast af, quickly identified the problem and resolved the issue with what has to be a decades worth of experience. Howard Air is awesome! I am very particular, and they exceeded my expectations in all areas. Every aspect of my experience with the company is exceptional. To consider using anyone else is foolish. Shaun is a fantastic repairman and representative for Howard Air. He checked all systems, answered numerous questions, changed the filters and clarified much information. I wish everyone understood what the word 'customer service' means like Shaun does. He is knowledgeable, cs oriented, kind, pleasant, and hard working.

Urgent Air has installed a new unit for us and serviced both of our houses for ten years. I have found all experiences with them pleasant and the team is reliable and priced honestly. They also service my mother’s house too, and that’s the quality you should expect: “someone you’d be happy to send to your mother’s house”. A+ all around.

WOW!!!!! I would give T&K 10 stars if I could. Obviously contractors are super busy right now, but I could barely get anyone to return my calls, or when they did they were booking like 4 months out or no longer serviced my area. I finally did a random online search and found T&K -- they answered my phone call immediately and were able to schedule me within 2 weeks. I was sooooo happy. But what was the catch?

THERE WASN'T ONE!!!! Not a single catch. They showed up on time, were fairly priced for the current market, did outstanding work, in a reasonable amount of time, and the techs were SOOOOOO nice. Shoutout to George and Gabriel!!! Like honestly I had never met service people so friendly, helpful and accommodating in my life. I am so happy I found George, Gabriel and this company! I would recommend them to anyone!
