We had been out of town. When we returned our ac unit was not working. It was 97 degrees in the house. I called your office expecting a couple of days wait for service but instead I was told that you would come out today! I was told it be between 1 and 5pm. That was about 11:30.To my surprise the service man was there at 12:30.He was friendly and efficient and quickly found and fixed the problem.Thank you for the great service

Tommy and his crew are just fantastic! My old landlord had Tommy upgrade an electrical panel in the house I was renting so when I bought a house and needed a panel upgrade, I knew I had to call Tommy to get the job done right. He was great with communicating and answered all of my questions. His tech Eddie installed my new panel, a whole home surge protector and added an outdoor outlet so I can plug in Christmas lights and completed everything I asked for. They stuck to my quote which I appreciated and did everything in a very timely manner. My biggest thing was just how great at communicating Tommy was. He always was there to answer my questions and you can tell he really cares about his customers. I’m a repeat customer and will definitely go back to him for anything else I need done. This company offers such a wide array of services that it makes it very convenient to have one contractor be able to handle your HVAC, electrical, and plumbing repairs on one visit for a whole home improvement. It is a huge hassle to have to coordinate estimates with various time windows from multiple contractors.
