Howard Air is the only HVAC company I trust in my home! Of course there’s never a good time for your air to stop working, but a Sunday evening (Father’s Day) during some of the hottest temps in Arizona history, is probably the worst. The downstairs of the house was still keeping cool so we waited to call for service on our upstairs unit until first thing this morning. Given the pressure their service crew must be under I was surprised that they were able to have someone to my house by 10am much less the same day! Just a few days earlier I’d seen several trucks in front of my neighbor’s house, with another HVAC company replacing their entire system. Since our houses are the same age I was dreading the same would have to be done at our place. But that wasn’t the case at all. Bruce came out and diagnosed our problem to be a really leaky coil that needed to be replaced ASAP. He explained the issue in detail, showed me photos of the components covered in ice (not good), as well as rust that had been building up over time. He shot me straight and gave me very fair price on the repair, made a temporary fix to get the house to stay cool for a few more days while the replacement parts were ordered, and he was out the door. Two hours flat and I was back to work. Love these guys and they’re the only HVAC company I’d recommend to my friends and family. They’re the best!

Second time I called them, my AC unit wasn’t working and they immediately came out- after 5pm on a Saturday. All fixed and no up- charges. Walter was great! April 2023.
This was the first time I used Howard Air, as finding a reputable business can be difficult. I’m so glad I went with them, they are professional, explained the checkup on my unit, and the tech. didn’t rip me off by installing parts that weren’t necessary . I highly recommend Howard Air and will continue to use them.

Lyle from Larson Air was awesome! Great service and expertise. I never leave reviews but he was so professional and good at his job I just had to! He was so clear, understanding, honest and thorough. He was always on time and finished up so quickly. He never left a mess. The A/C in our over 4,200 sq ft house is working so much better now! He sealed some leaks that he discovered when he came out the first time and he added freon. Also, the master bathroom Has never felt cool since we moved in. We are the original owners and have lived in this house for about 10 years. Even the builder had no solutions when we mentioned it during a walk through 10 years ago. Lyle had a great idea to add an A/C duct to the master bathroom with a direct shot from the a/c unit to the master bath. It was such a great solution and that room finally feels like it’s getting A/C! I think we will be seeing a huge savings on our electric bill too because we won’t have to crank down the air anymore to feel like it’s working. Great job Lyle! Highly recommend Larson! Ask for Lyle! UNRELIABLE!! Very difficult to the plumbers to show up. They no showed, showed up when they weren't suppose to, and were 2 hours late. Probably because it was warranty work.

Saw one of this companies vehicles driving dangerously on I-17 north bound today at 1:30PM
