A second air conditioner was needed at our house, and as soon as I called about it, customer service took the ball quickly and sales rep Scott helped make it happen along with a terrific installation crew that did excellent work. Contacted Daniel for some routine maintenance. Quick to respond, quick to schedule. Contacted me when he was on the way. Told me everything looked great when in the past other companies have tried to tell me I needed thousands of dollars of work. Honest and professional, what more could you ask for?!? Don’t hesitate to use them!

Lyle is very knowledgeable and explains things where I can understand them. He is very kind and patient. He checked to let me know when I should expect the next maintenance appt.He gave good advise on how to extend the life of our system. He arrived on time, and called to confirm he was on his way.

We had a high profile tenant moving in and we needed a couple units serviced ASAP. Another company came and quoted us 2 GRAND to move the condenser to the roof because it wasn’t getting enough air flow.

Thankfully we called Phoenix Air Dept. They came
out the next day and were able to diagnose the problem and actually create a REAL solution for less than half the original quote from those other guys.

Now our tenant is happy as can be. Phoenix Air Dept saved us time, money, and gave us true peace of mind.

Expensive prices wanted to charge me $2,500 on a repair for a refrigerator and also charged a after hour service fee to just see what the issue was $250.00. I don’t recommend that anyone does business with this company unless if you want to get robbed for your money
