We discovered our flood at 9:00 PM. Their crew arrived at 1:00 AM and in the next 4 1/2 hours removed wet carpet, vacuumed up loose water and set lots of dryers and several dehumidifiers to continue the drying process. They came back in couple days to verify progress. At that time they focused a few fans on a couple not-yet-completely-dry spots for one final day. They're very knowledgeable and professional.

We were out of town when our pipe burst, flooding our home. We called ASAP Water Damage Restoration, and they were there on time. Kareem and Mohammed were able to clean and restore the damage quickly and professionally and finish well within the quoted time frame. Thank you guys!

We have used other carpet cleaning companies in the past. But after Kamil cleaned our house ,we are not gonna use anyone else .
The carpets literally looked like brand new,he was able to make spots disappear that the two previous carpet cleaning companies were not able to.
Tile and specially the grout in the kitchen area was so dirty and discolored from 10+ years.All the oil and grease from everyday cooking made the floor look terrible,when I saw the difference after Kamil finished cleaning it I was truly amazed.He recomended sealing the grout to prevent the dirt and grease from discoloring it again.Year later and the grout looks just like it did the day He cleaned it.
My wife also had Kami steam clean our sofa and love seat,between the dogs and the kids the sofa was so dirty I was about to throw it out and go buy a new one.Kamil did pre inspection of the fabric and told me to save my money ,that He will be able to make it look like new.I was really sceptical but this guy proved me wrong again.After he was done with the sofa it really looked amazing .

My insurance company called this company to evaluate my kitchen for water damage. They had my schedule, but chose THEIR time to come out. They demo'ed my kitchen on a Tuesday, it's now Saturday, left everything in my back yard, they lied saying the ins. company would send an adjuster. The ins. company said they should NOT have said that. NOW, it's up to ME to find a contractor for estimates, install the drywall they cut out, install the cabinets they tore out and clean my yard of the debris. I called, left a message for a return call, around 530, even tho its after hours, they SHOULD return calls in a timely manner. They would not give me any estimates to repair the work they started.
I would NOT recommend this company for ANY insurance work since they are unreliable, and you can never get in touch with someone. A RELIABLE company would keep in touch, give TIMELY return calls, give the estimates which would be beneficial to determining WHO to contact with, and most of all...

Gateway Restoration is highly recommended by our family! We have a brand new, 2 story house (less than 6 months old) in which the laundry room is located on the top floor. The drain hose on the washing machine came loose during one of its cycles and flooded the laundry room and the powder room and hallway one first floor below it when it drained. We quickly dried up as much water as possible, but there was a huge concern about water being behind the walls and in between the 2nd level floor and 1st floor ceiling. We called Gateway Restoration to come and access the damage. Adam, Gateway Restoration’s Production Manager was at our house in well less than an hour. He was thorough in his assessment in each room and showed us the moisture levels on his equipment and explained what he was seeing. Turns out it was not bad and he was completely honest in the fact that we were fine and just needed to dry the rooms out. Adam gave us some tips on how to do so and was on his way without any charge. He could have told us we were in a bad situation and needed some or a lot of restoration work done. Using his suggestions, we dried out each room and have not had a problem since. If we ever need services like this again, we will call Gateway Restoration back. I also do recommend them to anyone in our area that needs restoration done. Thank you, Adam and Gateway Restoration!

Be careful working with this company if you are a temporary worker. They love to exercise their power over you.

I called three weeks ago after a storm and burst pipes. It took me three weeks just to get on the schedule. Called on the day the appointment was supposed to take place and turns out they told me the wrong date and scheduled it for a day I won't be home (due to family emergency) and now they want to reschedule for who knows when.

I'm sure everything is dry now that they have waited so long, and probably really moldy too. If you are looking for prompt, professional, or organized service, this isn't it. I told them I have to contact my insurance company to see if we can do something else because working with this company had been a complete fail.
