Lincoln Air was there when we needed them due to a critical issue on a weekend. Our service repairman was responsive, professional, and diligent in expending the extra time and effort needed to identify the source of our problem and remediate it. Called Ryan at 8pm and he was here at 7am the next morning. He spent 40 minutes troubleshooting the problem to find out an electrician had shut off a switch in the attic. He didn't charge me a dime for his service. He's the only AC/heating guy I'll ever use now.

Driver on I10 should probably head back to driving class. Driving like a child with something to prove... Also the trucks need mud flaps to prevent rocks from spraying onto windshields. Pretty inconsiderate to drive a six wheeler truck with the majority of the back wheels exposed and no mud flaps

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.

The work was not done at my house but at friends and saw the progress. In the beginning they were nice but as items thebut once the job started it was different. The bathroom remodeling issues, the tile in the shower has cracked, the shower head is to low not for average person height, the towel rack n toilet paper holder has had to be replaced since what they installed fell out. The ac and duct work after installed the house was warmer on one side trying to get them put was a process in itself but each time they came they said everything is fine n was trying to upsell nsaying they need an additional unit. They had another company cone out and was told the wrong installation was installed, duct wrong was incorrect. I would not recommend this company at all and would give negative stars if possible.

Try to call them up for a appointment to get a estimate first time they screw up the date and set another time and date and once again nobody showed up .I would not recommend them since they can not keep a appointment time and show up and twice I waited at home for nothing

911 Heating, Cooling & Plumbing was extremely fast in responding to a minor issue we had at our building. In an industry (HVAC) that I am used to being archaic and non-communicative, 911 was extremely efficient with their technology and communication. I knew when the Tech was going to arrive based on a text message that stated he was en route, and I was able to pay the invoice online minutes after the Tech completed the job. Great experience. I highly recommend.
