This was their quality check up 30 days after the new AC install to make sure everything was working correctly. I sort of expected a relatively quick check up visit, instead what I got was a very thorough 2.5 hour visit from 2 people checking on every part of the install and the operation of both units. Like all of the people we have dealt with from ProSkill, they were polite, professional and knowledgeable so not sure what else you could ask for.Really appreciate their attention to detail and their follow up. Whole heartedly recommend them.

Eric was great. I tried the DIY fix to our Trane AC unit but that didn't work out. Called Eric, he got the part, and fixed it under 30 mins. Super fair, easy to work with, highly recommended.

I just had a new air conditioning unit installed by Air Conditioning of Arizona and the experience was excellent. When we first started, troy came out to review our situation and helped me understand all of my options. I never felt like I was being pressured for one option over another. All 3 units i was considering came with a rebate or cheap financing option. Once I selected a unit, the team installed it within 10 days. David came out after I had scheduled an appointment for an energy audit. We purchased a home in 2018, that was built in 2017. Unfortunately I don't believe the original owner had an owners home inspection conducted upon acceptance of the home. In our energy audit it was noted a few items not installed per code. However back to overall audit, very thorough and professionally done. We received a detailed report the following week which provided some recommended solutions and some optional solutions dependent on what we hoped to achieve. We wanted the ductwork sealed, additional insulation (lift & fill) and revised air intake grills installed to improve the efficiency of the air flow.
David and his team come out as scheduled and was able to knock out all the modifications and improvements within the day. Long day but very thorough. I would highly recommend David and his team.

Absolutely PHENOMENAL service. We had an issue where our smoke alarm went off and we called another company that came out and told us our whole unit needed to be replaced (after we had a maintenance plan and they had been there a month before and said everything looked perfect with the unit). We reached out to 911 heating and cooling as they did our home inspection and we trusted their opinion. Rob and Robert helped figure out the issue. It wasn’t an easy job but they were extremely helpful and we trusted their opinion. I really was so impressed with how hard the worked to make sure our unit was working well. We will always use this company and recommend them to everyone!!!!
