Simply the Best! I had two new Trane A/C units installed by Kevin, Mike, and Johnny on New Years Eve. It was a freezing cold rainy day so I felt terrible that they were stuck outside ALL day on a holiday, but they were SO positive and professional the entire time despite the weather challenges. They did an amazing job and they were extremely thorough, making sure every detail was perfect. They were very polite, respectful and mindful of my home, always making sure to put on booties when coming in the house and asked permission to access to the thermostats, restroom, etc. They kept me informed each step so I understood the process. They actually made it a fun experience! It’s been almost a year since I had the units and they work AMAZING! Super quiet, plus the variable speed model I purchased keeps the temperature steady all summer and winter which is a very welcome change from my old units constantly turning on and off and fluctuating temps drastically. Kevin has since been back for the free annual maintenance Day & Night offers, and once again it was a great customer service experience. I feel like these guys are family!!! Highly recommend to anyone considering such a large purchase. This company is top notch! They are professionals and experts in their field, and they value their customers. Alien AC has been amazing since our move to Arizona. They installed a whole new unit in our upstairs, repaired the unit downstairs, and when our heat went out this morning, they talked me through how to re-program our thermostat over the phone. Pricing has been upfront, clear, and fair. Chris and the guys are great to work with. Customer service is just great! Definitely go with them if you need HVAC work done.

The Parker and Sons tech (William) came out to do my system maintenance inspection. He also installed a surge protector which I hadbeen putting off. He did a fastbut thorough job and I would be happy to have him do all my future system maintenance. Thanks.
