I chose this company based on reviews I can say they have earned every star and a customer for life. I had a new Ameristar package unit (basically a Trane unit) installed a month ago Phil was great he is sure knows his stuff I had a lot of questions one question at the start of the day was how long has he been doing air conditioning he said he has been in the business for over 20 years. After the installation and still a month later he did an amazing job the 20 years of experience really shows. It looks way better than my old unit ever looked and all my rooms are now the same temperature NO MORE HOT SPOTS I truly believe this company is the one for everyone in Arizona as it was for me. Every single person I've dealt with at SMW Refrigeration & Heating has been very professional, courteous and helpful. My new Trane system heating portion of the system stopped working. Fidel came out on New Year's Day to work on it, and found the problem...it wasn't the computer board, but a spot on a wire where the insulation on a wire had worn thru because of a fan blade rubbing and was causing a short. Fidel got that fixed & glorious heat started flowing out the vents! Thank you, Fidel & thank you SMW AC & Heating.
