Many company came to my home and try to fix my AC. I had a horrible experience with them . Until I find Mr. Shawn's ads on Craigslist. He did the job less than a half coast then the lowest offer I had before . He is know what's he doing. Truly old fashioned professional. The work done SPOTLESS. Highly recommend it to anyone . Getting service in Phoenix during the summer can be difficult since many people have problems when it heats up for our summers.

Family owned and run and a great group of people. They do more than a 10 minute look before telling me I need a whole new unit as the majority of companies tend to do. They found the root cause and ordered the placement part.

In addiction, they got my problem bypassed and my 20 year old unit working while I waited for the replacement part to arrive.

Qualified enough! I was not getting troubled when the technician arrived for he looked so professional and expert. He came to my rescue and displayed exceptional abilities. It was a superb air and heating repair done by him. He even checked it twice to see if it's working well. I was delighted with the quality of the repair he made. It was an exceptional job. If you want an honest, down to earth ac guy Brett is your man. I had Goettl come out to do a routine check before summer and they informed me I need over $1400 worth of equipment replaced and cleaned. I called Brett to have a look and he assured me there was nothing wrong with the unit. I will never call another AC company again other than Brett the Arizona A/C Man.

Came out within a couple of hours of us messaging and fixed the problem with our furnace quickly! Price seemed good too, especially for short notice on a Sunday. Would definitely recommend.
