While other companies advertise themselves as “24 hour emergency repair” they were the only ones who were willing and able to show up and do the work. Casey was at my house within the hour and fixed the system as well as explained the problem and what he did/how he did it as well as tips on how to keep it from happening again. 5/5 would recommend and we will definitely call them again should we need their services

I absolutely agree with the prior reviews! Lee was rude, totally out of shape and clearly did not want to work. He was assigned to me through my home warranty. He actually said to me if I want faster service, call someone else. He can't get back here for a few days. Meanwhile, it's 90 degrees and climbing. I could write pages about the incompetence and rudeness of this guy, but suffice it to say, I totally share the experience of the other reviewers.
