I was out of cool air for more than a month this pass summer waiting for service for my unit. A friend told me about Mike. I called and talked with Mike about my problem with the unit. Mike was able to take care of the air- conditioner within a week after looking at the unit. Mike did an excellent job communicating with me about the unit. this company has continued to call me for two years on a house I don't even own. I have asked them over and over to stop calling me and they still call and text me every single month. I have been patient, and blocked all of their phone calls and they STILL call and text me. I am now reporting them to the FTC. STOP CALLING ME! I DONT LIVE AT THAT HOUSE
