Prestige did a great job installing my Honeywell T5 smart thermostat. Technician explained how my new thermostat works, provided tips on using it and connecting to Echo Dot, and provided recommendation on cleaning my furnace. I received a text stating when they were arriving and got a followup message after their service.

These guys are great at giving reasons for why your ac doesn’t work, charge you thousands to fix, and still have ac units not working. Not to mention, they will even go back out to your property, and tell you what’s the next options to solve the problem, charge you more money and guess what? The issue still not working. Lovely people. Makes summer heat so enjoyable.

Kyle came in and saved the day. The shower handle was not giving any hot water. He quickly discovered that another company had installed it improperly. He fixed it without adding any new parts There was absolutely NO CHARGE for his service, not even a service call charge. Unbelievable.

I have been a Roberts Air Conditioning customer for over 30 years and the service has been the best. They are a first class company and there employee's have always been professional and courteous.

These guys are the best! Our a/c went out on a weekend and they showed up within a few hours to diagnose the problem. Thankfully it was still under warranty.

Unfortunately the manufacturer gave us the run around on replacement parts (apparently they no longer support our unit, even though it’s only 3 years old). Meanwhile our house was 118 degrees inside!!!

Rather than continue to wait on the manufacturer Junior and Jerry found a complete unit and swapped mine out.

I am grateful to know their are good people still in the world! Thank you for getting us back into our home!

So here's the deal. I am just one of those people who doesnt leave reviews for some odd reason but I had to do this. Yesterday morning I woke up to the sound of water dripping from my AC vent in a bathroom. Since the vent was right by the attic access I climbed up and took a look. The vent duct hose was completely full of water. Not typical. I called Ducts Inc. and Cody came out and saved the day. Drained the water from the duct hose, leveled the unit so compensation went where it is supposed to and even found an opening in a vent, went to Home Depot and came back with parts to fix the opening so I wasn't cooling my attic. Service above and beyond in my book, and I can be a little demanding. Definitely recommend Ducts Inc to all my friends. Thank you Ducts Inc. for caring.

In the busy season of summer, Ariel extended his day to come fix my AC the same day I called him. He and his assistant were very professional. They were polite and quick with their work. I had given him the details I knew about the issue when setting up the appointment, and he came prepared to fix it. I was pleased that he was able to fix it on one trip. The charge for the service was very reasonable. They were recommended to me by two colleagues, and I will now be be recommending them to others.

Our family had the pleasure of getting a new AC unit this past week. Our apartment complex Montero at Dana Park contracted with Alliance and let me tell you...we met a gentleman named Able Chacon and he was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, patient, took all clean protocols...I mean this guy was on point. From the moment they arrived on scene, to taking everything apart, his coworker Damien securing the crane...then finally putting everything together, running the new system for testing. ALIN, the tech who worked on my warranty repair, was polite and went out of his way to explain what he was doing and how it would improve my system. He efficiently handled a full shift's parts-replacement project and showed me before-and-after photos in reviewing the project to ensure I was satisfied with the work. He's good.

I have American Home Shield Warranty. Our tenant said the air conditioner is not blowing any cool air. I put in a service request through American Shield and received a phone call within 30 minutes from Consolidated Mechanical Contractors. I scheduled an appointment for the next morning and met with Walter. He diagnosed the problem with the A/C and thank goodness it was a simple repair of replacing the battery. He explained that sometimes the control units won't show low battery. I thought his service was excellent. Also one of his co-workers showed up with two ladders in case they needed to go on the roof.
