I had Scott replace two AC units in two different houses in 2018 and have not had an issue since. He had the lowest price and best value. Today, I asked him to look at another house which he did for no charge and again provided me with the best value quote. He does not charge a summer time surcharge like others do (I had one quote 2x his). He and his wife Linda are a family business and they are good people. I would always recommend contacting them.

Superb Company and a joy to do business with. At the time of shopping around and requesting quotes, Worlock was able to replace my AC unit with a newer American Standard and gift two smart home technology freebees at a more competitive price than the others.

What stood out the most, the owner, Bill picked up my call (I was expecting a call center or front desk representative). The guys were able to come that evening and assess my system and sit down with me with their recommendations and options.

Cool item in the house is the Amazon Alexa voice Ecobee thermostat. Not only does it manage hot and cold spots, but you can order groceries, read the news, etc. (SUPER COOL!)

They get a thumbs up and I highly recommend getting an assessment.

*2 weeks in with the installation and the home has been very comfortable. Even with the patio doors open in the evenings when we have our cookout get-togethers with friends/family.

I've used Arizona Air Experts for several years now for new AC installs, maintenance and repairs. The service has always been exemplary and their techs are knowledgeable and courteous. This Saturday my casita AC unit failed. I called them and they had a tech out that afternoon to fix a faulty capacitor. It was a minimal cost and very consistent with my experience with them - no up-selling - just what you need. Given the degradation of service levels we are seeing with most businesses post COVID this was way beyond the service I was expecting. They are clearly well managed - keep up the good work.

I contacted A-Rated AC after another company said my unit could not be repaired and I needed a new AC unit, so I wanted a second opinion. A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. I really appreciate the service and very fair price.

Called Heat Slayer because our ac did not start cooling… he happened to be in the area after a previous job, came over and worked for 4 hours getting our system running. We have a great ac, but there happens to be a manufacturing flaw. Richard and Nick kept me informed and we are now on cool mode! ?! They did work for me in the past, and I plan to use them for any other ac work! Oh, they also installed a split unit a couple of years ago!

Cody, the owner, came out to our residence and replaced our 1970s era AC with a new unit. His instal team was great and extremely personable. Highly recommend.

I was very pleased that Jeremy arrived within the promised time. He was great at trouble shooting the problem and within a reasonably short time had our air conditioner unit functioning again. He was very easy to work with and I will definitely use Jeremy again when I have future needs.

I am so glad I called them! I have an 8-month-old baby boy and it was horrible when the AC stopped working. Oscar and Juan came in and fixed my AC in less than an hour. They knew I was desperate and still charged me like a normal service and without hidden fees or extras like others do. They did a job with the quality of a big company but at a very reasonable price. I am so grateful to them that they were able to come in and just make it work. Thank you very much SPD Refrigeration!

The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. We had a previous company (CR) come out in April because the AC stopped working. The tech damaged our fan and wanted to charge us $400 for a new one. Same tech also stated the bent fan will not cause any issues. $500 plus later he got the AC back on and we thought we were good for the summer...NOT AT ALL! This past Saturday we noticed is was very warm in the house, so we called CR back. They were absolutely no help as all they wanted to do is sell us a new unit. Through a referral we contacted Paco, came out very quick assessed all the damage made all repairs and determined it was all from the fan violently shaking. We appreciate his great work and attention to detail! He really save us from the heat!

I got a new RO system. The price was amazing and the service even more so, if that can be. I will use Second Opinion for all of my plumbing and ac needs. Kyle serviced the ordering and installation of the RO. He is polite, knowledgeable, responsible and very skilled. Excellent business!

I’ve been using this company for over two decades on all my ac service needs. My Service tech’s have always been on time and very professional. Being a single income home it’s always nice to find a company that’s honest and mindful of my budget. I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

In the busy season of summer, Ariel extended his day to come fix my AC the same day I called him. He and his assistant were very professional. They were polite and quick with their work. I had given him the details I knew about the issue when setting up the appointment, and he came prepared to fix it. I was pleased that he was able to fix it on one trip. The charge for the service was very reasonable. They were recommended to me by two colleagues, and I will now be be recommending them to others.
