Again, the service was just fine. Scott gave the system a thorough check and solved a thermostat issue. Also, was glad he let us know that one of the capacitors was still in range though at the 10% mark.

The technicians who came out to my house were equally impressive. Technician from A1 Heating & Air llc was professional and knowledgeable, and they took the time to assess my HVAC system thoroughly. They quickly identified the issue and provided me with a range of options to choose from. I appreciated their transparency and honesty throughout the entire process.

Great group of guys.They did a complete install, new package unit, new duct work, and removed the old system. Left the house cleaner than it was when they started.Answered all questions and explained all the new thermostat controls.I am 100% satisfied with SMW and their team.

Scott was simply great. He came as promised within the hour after my call, found the fan on the AC unit had burned out motor and replaced it and got the unit working. All done within one hour after he arrived. This work was on the roof with temperature around 108F. This was on a Sunday afternoon about 4:00 pm.

Eris was referred to us by a neighbor to replace our Trane a/c unit. We are so very happy with his company, work ethic and the great job he did in helping us. We find Eris to be very honest, hardworking and dedicated to his craft and it shows. He was able to clean up the mess left behind by another a/c company we had been using for years. I can’t wait express my gratitude enough for Thaddeus and PHOENIX AIR DEPARTMENT, I noticed my A/C not working, with the temperature In my house now rising I began to panic. I called PHOENIX AIR DEPARTMENT and within 30 min Thaddeus was at my door and began to work on my unit. Not even 30 min later he had found the problem and got me up and running.
