Excellent customer service and very knowledge. We were going to remodel our home and wanted to be sure there were no plumbing repairs that might crop up, so Hero took care of us. From my 1st call to the company, my questions were answered, a fair estimate given, and timely response to do the job. The company representative that answered my phone questions came out for the inspection and the needed hydro-jetting the next day. Video and intelligent explanations provided by the rep gave me the understanding to make my decisions easily on how I wanted to proceed. I had to replace a portion of my main line under the foundation in my house. The rep continued as my supervisor of the job for continuity. They made the best of the plumbing issue with fair pricing, their care to protect my belongings, minimal digging to access the pipes, very intelligent solutions to the repair with extremely great servicemen, and clean-up was done leaving me little to do. No more plumbing issue to worry about.

I had a sewage line issue with the city of Scottsdale. After a bad experience with Benjamin Franklin, I was calling another plumbing service. That company did not do sewage lines but they recommended ReddiServices. Pepe showed up within hours. He was a true Professional. Nice to know there is still good service available, even in the big city. Not interested in overcharging me. He did an outstanding job informing me of what was going on with my sewage lines. Called numerous other companies regarding our drains backing into shower and bathtub. Many didn’t do sewer repair, several were no shows after setting appointments, some were a week out to get an appointment and a couple came charged me but didn’t know what they were doing. After a recommendation called Mr Rooter and they came out that day, diagnosed the problem and begin work the next day. All workers were courteous and polite and knew what they were doing. Although the problem was extensive they worked diligently to resolve the issue and repair the damage. Chris was especially great.
