Mike was able to take care of the air- conditioner within a week after looking at the unit. Mike did an excellent job communicating with me about the unit. My husband recently had another big name company come give our old unit a tune up. Less than a month later Semper Fi came out and fixed the same problems the first company claimed to fix. We discussed replacing our 16 year old unit and they gave me fair and competitive pricing. They were incredibly professional and I highly recommend them.

My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!
