Best Air Conditioning Repair / Maintenance in Phoenix AZ

Installation of a new unit. Prior unit was 15 years old and struggled to keep home cool. Phx Air scheduled within a few days for replacement and new unit was up and running within 5 hours! Techs were on time and courteous to answer all questions. Evenings in the home now are enjoyable with the even airflow. Cheers ? to another fifteen years with the new unit!

I rarely write reviews but Cody and his team at Great State saved us when our ancient AC system died on us at the end of the summer. Within hours they had completely upgraded our extremely loud and inefficient 1970’s system and brought it up to code with a much safer and quieter unit. We have since noticed a significant drop in our monthly AC bill and our AC no longer sounds like a B-52 taking off when it starts up! Cody and his team went above and beyond in keeping our home clean as they worked and were incredibly friendly and professional. Highly recommend!

My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Nobody showed up. When I called, they had no clue about my appointment! I had used them before and was happy but obviously the company has gone way down hill since then. Unorganized and lazy.

I live on a rural, dirt road that has a 25 mph limit. One of their company vehicles flew by my house going literally 70. I see there is another review that complains about a company vehicle driving bad. I think I would second guess hiring them considering how unprofessional and dangerous the idiots they send out are.

Their employees used profanity, threw large objects from upstairs down onto my porch - luckily not hitting me, as well as left sharp screws & dust left over from AC job for my upstairs neighbor down onto my front porch for me to clean up. Horribly unprofessional employees.

Fast no baloney good prices. They don't try to sell you stuff they just fix your AC and charge a fair price.

I feel like the Tech was unprofessional today with covid out of control I just wanted tech to get in, get the job done and get out but instead he ask to use my bathroom in the 1st 10 minutes of being here and then didn't want to move some boxes that were in his way in the attic to get to unit

So a complete complete check on heater was not done and now will cost me money to have someone come back.To top things off Tech ask me if I had a Pepsi for him as he seen mine on the table....this guy was totally unprofessional pls do not send him heree again!

My go-to company for HVAC work in AZ. They’ve been awesome for many many years. Love the updates they give when service techs have been assigned and when they are on their way, completely professional and respectful of customers time.

This company is so unprofessional. They did work for us can't even get an invoice out of them they promised it to me yesterday by the end of the day didn't happen they promised it to me today by noon didn't happen now they're saying by the end of today it won't happen they ignore your calls their work is shoddy don't use them

We found it at the Chandler Costco on a sunday afternoon. If you are wondering who are the people that take up multiple parking spots wonder no more. If this is how they treat strangers I can't even imagine how they would treat their consumers. Selfishness at its finest for sure. Even if it was for a job then do they really need to park like that? I don't think so.
