I have used Layco twice now, and they were outstanding both times ! ?. They have never tried to “sell” me on fixes that I didn’t need ! Prices are very reasonable ! Ask for Alan, fantastic Tech !

I see why electrical is not listed as one of their specialties. I scheduled someone to install 2 j-boxes in my shower ceiling, making sure they knew I needed them to bring the j-boxes. I was told they always have them on their trucks. James (not a licensed electrician) came out and said he does mainly commercial work and did not have the j-boxes and left for Home Depot. I was charged for the time he was gone. Joe came out to straighten it, which he did, and then later apparently forgot that he did it. I have photos to prove it was crooked. While straightening the box, Joe proceeded to tell me and my son about how he hates to say anything bad about his coworkers but James has had numerous complaints and they’ve had to go back and redo several of his jobs. He said he would definitely be reprimanded. Adam, who I assume is a manager, initially called me and said he would make it right and I would receive a partial refund. After a few weeks with no response and no refund, I called today and was told by Adam that there was nothing wrong with the j-box initially and Joe denied ever straightening it. Adam also felt that I should be charged for the time he went to Home Depot. I was charged $77.50 material cost for the trip, two $1.25 j-boxes, two &1.25 cover plates and approximately 1’ of wire. Adam said most of the charge was their mark-up price for the 1’ of wire. Wow… disrespect, unprofessionalism, short-term memory loss, and unethical.

A-Rated AC came out promptly and informed me that it could be repaired. They returned the next morning, and got me back up and running! All within 24 hours. I was very impressed by how experienced Thomas was and specially the fact that he video tapes the issue which I could not been able to see and explaining to me so I could Justify the expense. This created a trust which is hard to find in service industry now a days .

My AC went on the fritz on Sunday and when I called CW they had their service tech Mike out to my place within an hour. He was so professional and informative of the needs my unit had and and all my question and concerns. I recommend them highly. They have been taking care of my AC unit for several years.

My name is Jose Padron Martinez and I worked for GRAZAK MECHANICAL. This company is the worst company I have ever worked for. The Director of Operations Steve Stahl is unprofessional and made racist comments about Mexicans during employee meetings. I gave my lead Charlie the reasons why I had put my 2 weeks notice and it included Steve Stahl making racist and disrespectful comments about Mexicans. As a result I was let go early for putting my 2 weeks notice and with the reasons behind it being the racial discrimination and the comments Steve Stahl made. This company does not offer equal opportunity. Our experience with Quianno and his supervisor. Definitely tried to sell us things that we didn’t need. Shady recommendations and practices from the tech. Another company came out and evaluated the repairs at a quarter of the cost that these guys were pushing for. Won’t trust again.
