So after some google searches I found Cool Summer Air company and they did a good job for me, the repair took about 2 hours, also the technician explained to me what the problem was and the costs of the repair. Thanks Cool Summer Air my a/c unit is working fine now.

I have had the pleasure of using Bill Worlock and his technicians at Worlock Air Conditioning & Heating for over ten years. There is a reason I have used Worlock AC & Heating that long. They do a great job! They act as fast as possible, they explain issues well, and they charge fair prices. I have also used Worlock AC & Heating twice (two homes) for new installs of HVAC units. Both times Bill's bids were lower than the others received and they did a phenomenal job on the install. I have never had an issue or problem with the services they provide. Really know their stuff.....informs you on what you need without 'selling you products you don't need', giving you the price right off the bat before they do the work. They redesigned the airflow in our home with new registers and now we have a cooler and more comfortable home.

In February my elderly dad's thermostat shorted out and he needed the fuse replaced on his other AC unit and a Google Nest thermostat installed. Because of my work schedule I was not able to get there and do it myself. First, they charged an hour for drive time which I guess they round up to an hour so it is what it is. My problem is they charged my dad for two hours of work to replace a fuse and install the thermostat which for a professional should have taken no more than 30 minutes (being generous), I installed the same model in my apartment. Maybe it would be understandable if the service person took the time to explain how to work the Nest or maybe set it up on my dad's phone but nothing other than the installation. If their rates were decent I wouldn't be complaining but you would think for the price you would get better service. I tried calling and talking to the office manager to no avail, he was unprofessional making every excuse imaginable. It's very sad how a business would take advantage of an elderly person during these extremely tough times. My only option now is to go through the Better Business Bureau.
