This was the first time I used Walker Plumbing. I received their information as a preferred partner from the Rosie on the House site. Jody was the tech who did an outstanding job reviewing my issue with the water heater and quickly identifying a solution. This required a tank replacement. Jody went out of his way to go pick one up in Tempe, and returned within the hour. He had it installed within 30 minutes. Very fast, efficient and friendly at a very reasonable price. I will be using Walker for all my future plumbing needs.

I called up this HVAC technician to fix my AC and he was great. He fixed my AC quickly and professionally and even gave me some tips on how to maintain it myself. I would recommend them!

ACA is no question the most knowledgeable and professional A/C company I have dealt with in 20 plus years of owning a home in PHX. And I have worked with at least 5 that come to mind. I bought my current home 5 years ago and the prior owner had George Brazil install a York unit (They paid way too much by the way) that lasted 8 years before I tossed it. Every year I had a leak or board issue. I don't know if these issues were product issues or technician issues. To be honest I think it was both. In any case I had ACA put a Trane unit in my house 6 months ago, and I use my AC unit year round. I have had ZERO issues with the unit nor any installation issues.These guys know what they are doing. Every individual I spoke with knew their stuff. Save yourself headaches, and money and do it right the first time. Get a Trane unit and have ACA install it. You will be way ahead in the long run.Update 11/8/22: Just had a tune up performed by technician J.C. Unit is still working perfectly. Was very impressed with technician, very informative, friendly and polite.

I cannot recommend Roy's Air Conditioning & Heating enough! This family owned business was more than accommodating. From initial questions and consultation to communication, pricing, and scheduling. My HVAC system was not having good air pressure and was causing strain on my AC unit. Jash was able to come out and diagnose the problem, he has the tools to test the system and he solved the issue without selling unnecessary services. He was a God send! Brand new unit I just moved into my home it's a new build, with my family I have a 2 week old son and they refused to come out and fix my unit that is most definitely under warranty. Best they could do was Monday that would leaving me with almost 3 days of no ac during summer heat with a new born. They wanted to charge me to send someone as soon as they could wasn't even guaranteed for same day. I hope anyone using this company doesn't have an issue on a weekend.

Also just found out the property superintendent had this repaired a week ago for the same issue. The current guy here from Chas Robert's said all the refrigerant leaked out do to poor soldering.
