I found this firm via Facebook, and am in the process of collecting bids to changeout a 4 ton split heatpump. My installation presents couple of unique challenges, and Ulisses has been very wise in layout and addressing options. I've seen his work and it is excellent! Very refreshing to see in a world served by mostly corner cutting, overpriced hacks. His changeouts re-use what's practical, but replace everthing that is otherwise tired. His pricing is among the best you'll find too! Also look at his bid sheet! He delivers much more for your $ in his changeouts than most. You'd pay well over double for comparable services performed by the big bow tie corporate van guys!

This is the best air company I've ever worked with. My air went out on a day the high was over 120. I called Frozen Air pretty much thinking I needed a new unit due to how old it looked to me. Frozen Air was at my house same day and magically had the parts to have my air running Cold and Strong. I strongly recommend Frozen Air for your A/C needs. Especially if your in a pinch.

It was our second AC service, but our HVAC is 20 years old. Ralf, our tech this visit was awesome, we discussed the most recent visit and Ralf went to work. He quickly diagnosed the problem, a outside compressor fan, and replaced the capacitor too. He took the time to check the attic components, made sure the old system was 'charged' and pressures were to specs. He stuck around to make sure the AC was cooling and to ask if we needed anything else. EasyPeezy!! 94 degrees today, thanks Velox Air!

After we had audit on our energy usage we had ducting sealed, and insulation in attic and between walls. Green ID's crew was outstanding!! Prompt, polite, and continued working the whole day. They cleaned up when done. We can't wait to see the results from our Electric bill. We feel the results in the house already. We recommend them to all.

I came home at dinner time and my house was about 85. The fan was running but cold air was no where to be found. I called after 8pm on a Saturday. Described what I had observed. He came out and fixed my AC in about 20mins. Friendly, fast, and I figured a late night weekend call would cost much more than what it did. I highly recommend!!

Technician was very helpful and solved the problems involved in putting a new heat pump in a difficult and small space. installed the heat pump and new furnace. They were professional, skilled, helpful and explained everything clearly. They were even able to complete the difficult work in a single day! I worked with this company in the past and had a good experience. This time I called several times and spoke to Linda and Scott both and they failed to keep a install schedule 3 different times. I get everyone is busy but don’t schedule a install appointment if you can’t make it. At least call and let me know you’re not coming. Not happy with this experience.
