I had a yearly check up performed which went great, the next day i noticed a funny noise from the A/C when I was outside and another tech came out to investigate whom discovered it was just a loose cap on top of the A/C. Thank you for responding to my concerns in such a timely manner! I will continue to get service with Larson Air.

They were very prompt and professional and very considerate. I was working and they did there very best to not interrupt and got the job done and kept me informed of the progress the entire time.

Brian is the most helpful person I’ve ever met. I reached out to him back in September about some issues I was having with my A/C unit and he followed along with me for months while trying to figure out what my options were and explaining them to me. We ended up going with a new unit, Brian and his team were absolutely phenomenal. Brian stood by my side every step of the way and made getting a whole new unit for my home very easy and not stressful at all. I would recommend him to absolutely everyone.

We had a great experience with Joshua at AZ Valley Heating and Cooling, LLC I had my mother's home recently serviced where he did repairs about 6 months ago in September 2022 and he did an outstanding job, in fact he was referred by another AC company since Joshua does excellent work on the Trane brands and we were very pleased. His price was very reasonable. He provided excellent quick yet thorough service and was very polite and efficient and is very knowledgeable.

Today I had my mothers 2 AC's serviced at that same home and another home serviced that I own and I did not know the condition of the other AC, only that it was 10 years old as I've been renting the home. He cleaned the outside coils and gave me a complimentary service and I was really surprised and pleased that he did that work at no charge as its the first time I utilized him for that home . He had photos of the AC unit before work was done so I could see clearly that there was an issue . He replaced the valve at no charge. He also spent a lot of time cleaning the exterior coil and the service was $59 you cannot go wrong with that price!

He spent a lot of time at both homes, about 2 hours at each home, and I will definitely use him again. He gave me great info on the history of the AC unit, and estimate of how many years I had left on the unit if we did annual service and overall it was really fantastic.

I've used other companies in the past 15 years with my rentals and I've had inconsistent results, and had to change companies all the time, but with the 2 times we've experienced with Joshua at AZ valley heating and cooling, LLC, he's been prompt, efficient and really cares about doing a job well done, so he's going to be my go to AC company from now on. Also, he's not constantly trying to sell you a new AC. I appreciate his honesty! Thank you and I hope this review gives you even more customers because you've earned the great review!
