My first experience with this company was very good. Then I called them back for another issue. Felt the assessment was very incomplete, was charged $79 for the visit and never received an estimate! When I called, she said the techs phone wasn’t working to send the estimate? They cashed my check anyway- not happy!

First things First, Stephanie in the office rocks. She completely and totally took care of customer service for me. Had a new AC installed by Tito who did an excellent job. A larger return air was not completed that day as it was not on Tito's W/O. No worries, Steph took care of everything with a cheerful, positive attitude (Thank You). Tyler an Jeremy showed up this morning and installed the upsized return air ducting. Their work was very professional also and they are very likeable, good guys.Everything was put back the way it was and the job area was cleaned before they left.Happy repeat customer.
