Best New A/C System in Phoenix AZ

We called Marlin to be put on a regular service program twice a year. Robert was the technician for the first appointment. He was very knowledgeable about our unusual system and advised us of all he was doing. We encountered some issues later Friday evening so we called and he returned the call in just a few minutes, gave us instructions and then returned Saturday morning to solve the problem at no additional cost! We will ask for him in the future and are glad we contracted with such a reputable company.

Excellent service! Two other companies had tried to address a problem, and one had improperly installed a motor. Nick worked with the warranty and took pictures to show me the difference of what he had installed versus what he replaced. He was polite and efficient all the way through. My highest recommendation!

Air conditioning of Arizona is the best in the business. My AC unit was the original with my house, 25 years old, its hard to stop a trane. They replaced the unit, added insulation and upgraded some other parts. Great work and super friendly!

The project was completed in a breeze, no stress and everything met my expectations. Great work! Our a/c wasn't working right and stopped blowing cold air we called a few places and all were booked out to mid April and could only put us on a call list meaning we'd have someone calling at midnight to possibly fix the problem. Being pregnant and having a 2 story with dogs and kids' wasn't going to work not having air. I finally came across lynx ac before giving into the wait. They had a tech out the next day and were able to give a reasonable quote and fix our a/c to work better than before. Highly recommend this company.

The service man was the same gentleman who worked with us last time. He did a great job once again. I also had him take a quick look at our AC unit because we noticed it was running a lot at the end of the summer. He looked at AC and fixed the problem.thanku you great service!

Except for costing more money!!! The experience was painless. The gentleman, who I spoke with, was courteous & explained all aspects of the warranty in terms clearly & in language that I could easily understand.

Urgent Air has installed a new unit for us and serviced both of our houses for ten years. I have found all experiences with them pleasant and the team is reliable and priced honestly. They also service my mother’s house too, and that’s the quality you should expect: “someone you’d be happy to send to your mother’s house”. A+ all around.

Called Heat Slayer because our ac did not start cooling… he happened to be in the area after a previous job, came over and worked for 4 hours getting our system running. We have a great ac, but there happens to be a manufacturing flaw. Richard and Nick kept me informed and we are now on cool mode! ?! They did work for me in the past, and I plan to use them for any other ac work! Oh, they also installed a split unit a couple of years ago!
